After a long period of confinement it will be great to get back to some ’normality’ and here at Monaco Projects we welcome this news.

Access to the beach will be from Avenue Princesse Grace via a secure walkway above the construction site. Entry and exit user flow will be separated via a staircase and lift.

Social distancing measures will be in place on the beach.  Temporary showers and toilets will be available. Snacks and food will be available at the Palais du Maillot de Bain and the Miami Plage Brasserie.

Work will continue behind the palisade all summer long with the aim of fully opening all the shops and beach by next summer.

At Monaco Projects we are delighted to see an ‘aesthetically pleasing’ development in Monaco. The new Larvotto Beach includes contemporary architecture designed by Olivier Deverini a local Monegasque Architect who we have had the pleasure of working with for many years. Olivier partnered with world renowned Architect Renzo Piano. Renzo’s notable buildings include the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, The Shard in London which at the time of its construction was the tallest building in Europe standing at 305M high with 66 stories.

Following the successful renovation of the Casino square, the beach development and the land extension ‘L’Anse du Portier’, this is the new sign of the times, making Monaco even more beautiful through the ‘fusion of traditional architecture and modern interpretations’.

As a long term Monaco company, we are proud to contribute and be associated with the future development of Monaco.
